Jack W. Partridge

Jack Partridge was elected to the GlobalWorx Board of Directors in 2014. He is President of Partridge & Associates, Inc., a consulting firm providing strategic planning and other services to retailers and companies serving the retail industry. Previously, he served as Vice Chairman of the Board and Chief Administrative Officer of the Grand Union Company. Prior to joining Grand Union in 1998, Partridge was Group Vice President of the Kroger Company, where he served for 23 years in several executive positions. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Checkpoint Systems, Inc. since 2002. He is a member and past Chair of Checkpoint’s Audit Committee and a member and past Chair of the Governance and Nominating Committee. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of SPAR Group, Inc. from 2001 to present, serving as a member of the Audit Committee from 2004 to present and Chair of the Compensation Committee from 2001 to present. He has been actively involved in a number of industry organizations in both the food retailing and chain drug industries. Mr. Partridge holds a B.S. degree from Arkansas State University.

Ron Hodge

Ronald C. Hodge was elected to the GlobalWorx Board of Directors in 2013. He has been an Advisor of Delhaize America, LLC since October 15, 2012 when he retired from his role as Chief Executive Officer. Currently, he serves as a Director of Park City Group, Inc. Mr. Hodge served previously as Executive Vice President of Etablissements Delhaize Freres et Cie “Le Lion” (Delhaize Group), which he joined following tenures as CEO and President of Hannaford Bros. He was chairman of the New York State Food Merchant’s Association and a Director of the Food Marketing Institute. In addition he has served on the Board of Directors for several Community Agencies, and as a Trustee of Maine Medical Center. In 1996, he was selected as New York Capital Region’s 1996 Citizen of the Year. Mr. Hodge earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Plymouth State College.

Clive Morey

Clive Morey was elected to the GlobalWorx Board of directors in 2004. He is a CPA and partner in the accounting firm of Morey, Jones, and Pfeiffer PC. Prior to establishing his own practice, Mr. Morey worked with Coopers & Lybrand as well as Arthur Young & Company. He earned his Masters in Taxation from Virginia Commonwealth University and has 40 years of public accounting experience.

Louise Martin

Louise Martin is retired from Delta Air Lines. She also serves on the Commonwealth Public Broadcasting Corporate Board of Directors. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business from University of Miami.

Mike Page

Mike brings over 25 years of entrepreneurial, executive, and advisory experience to Globalworx. Mike began his entrepreneurial career as co-founder of Valor Telecom, a $500 million NYSE-listed telecom company that was the predecessor company to Windstream Communications.  Since Valor, Mike has served as a principal investor and board member for a diverse range of start-ups engaged in telecom, software, healthcare, retail and real estate.  

Mike also brings senior executive experience with early-stage private equity-backed firms, having served as CFO of Clearwire Corporation’s International Subsidiaries and as Senior Vice President of Telecom and Data Services for Insight Communications.

Mike currently serves as Entrepreneur in Residence and Adjunct Professor at the University of Richmond’s Robins School of Business. Mike grew up in Virginia Beach and graduated from Hampden-Sydney College. He received his MBA from the University of North Carolina- Chapel Hill.

Bill Lecznar

Bill Lecznar, co-founder and CEO of GlobalWorx, has over 30 years experience in retail management, operations, merchandising, and category management. Mr. Lecznar spent the majority of his retail career with Food Lion Stores, Inc., from which he retired as the Virginia Region Director of Operations. In that role, he was responsible for $520 million in sales, bottom-line profits, and over 3,500 employees. After leaving Food Lion, Mr. Lecznar founded Retail Logistics Services, which he sold to one of the largest food brokers in the US. His retail experience combined with his knowledge of MSO operations provided the vision that led to the development of GlobalWorx.
