Step#1 - Complete survey and submit

(If GlobalWorx does not receive your company’s contact information then all store submitted service issues will be routed to your phone and email address.)

Please ensure all three levels of contact information are provided for the stores you service. Typically, the information is submitted as follows:

• 1st contact – Representative responsible for servicing the store
• 2nd contact – Area supervisor/manager
• 3rd contact – Retail account manager

If you do not have 3 levels of contacts for the stores you service, then we ask you provide as many levels as possible.
